Silent Auction Rules

Thanks for being part of Sunningdale’s Foire Fantastique silent auction! Please familiarize yourself with the following rules before registering to ensure the auction runs smoothly and we all have a great time. 

  1. Bidding begins on Wednesday, June 5 at 12:00 a.m. and ends on Friday, June 14 at 11:59 p.m. 
  2. This is an open-bid auction. The auction history of each item will be displayed and will include the bidder’s user name, as well as the time and date of the bid. 
  3. The auction item value listed is based on an estimate of the fair market value, as determined by the item donor and Sunningdale Public School. ‍
  4. All bids must meet the minimum bid requirements, or they will be disqualified. 
  5. Bidders may bid multiple times on the same item as long as they meet the bid minimum. 
  6. All bids are FINAL. 
  7. Bidders agree to pay in full the amount they bid at the conclusion of the auction. 
  8. Some limitations/restrictions may apply to auction items. Gift cards and vouchers may be subject to blackout or expiry dates.
  9. It is the responsibility of the winner to make arrangements with the donor as indicated for auction services that must be performed or ordered.
  10. Sunningdale Public School assumes no liability for risk or hazards associated with items won. 
  11. Winner assumes all responsibility for risk and injury. 
  12. Items are subject to change or can be withdrawn without notice at any time. 
  13. The bidder with the highest recorded bid at the close of the auction will win the item.
  14. Items will not be released to winners until payment has been received in full. 
  15. All items are sold as-is. 
  16. All sales are FINAL.
