Thanks for being part of Sunningdale’s Foire Fantastique silent auction! Please familiarize yourself with the following rules before registering to ensure the auction runs smoothly and we all have a great time.
- Bidding begins on Thursday, June 5 at 12:00 a.m. and ends on Friday, June 13 at 11:59 p.m.
- This is an open-bid auction. The auction history of each item will be displayed and will include the bidder’s user name, as well as the time and date of the bid.
- The auction item value listed is based on an estimate of the fair market value, as determined by the item donor and Sunningdale Public School.
- All bids must meet the minimum bid requirements, or they will be disqualified.
- Bidders may bid multiple times on the same item as long as they meet the bid minimum.
- All bids are FINAL.
- Bidders agree to pay in full the amount they bid at the conclusion of the auction.
- Some limitations/restrictions may apply to auction items. Gift cards and vouchers may be subject to blackout or expiry dates.
- It is the responsibility of the winner to make arrangements with the donor as indicated for auction services that must be performed or ordered.
- Sunningdale Public School assumes no liability for risk or hazards associated with items won.
- Winner assumes all responsibility for risk and injury.
- Items are subject to change or can be withdrawn without notice at any time.
- The bidder with the highest recorded bid at the close of the auction will win the item.
- Items will not be released to winners until payment has been received in full.
- All items are sold as-is.
- All sales are FINAL.
